The Indian National Bar Association (INBA) is a non-profit, non-political, non-Governmental voluntary bar association with more than 10,000 registered members, 25 sections and 15 international chapters. It is a private membership body distinct from the Bar Council of India and state bar councils, which are the statutory regulators of the legal profession in India; INBA instead runs seminars, awards, internship programmes and conferences for the wider legal community.

Theme: Constitutional Imperatives for Sustainable Development – Emerging Challenges and Legal Responses
Open to LLB/LLM (undergraduate and postgraduate) law students from recognized Indian institutions. Only individual submissions are accepted; co-authored papers are not permitted.
Registration fee is INR 800 per individual author.
The top 3 papers receive appreciation certificates. All participants receive certificates of participation along with access to the 26 November 2026 conference event.
