Indraprastha Technology Law Journal (ISSN 2394-1839), Volume 16 Issue 1 (2026)

The Indraprastha Technology Law Journal (ITLJ), ISSN No. 2394-1839, is a bi-annual peer reviewed journal devoted to the issues at the interface of law and technology. It is published by the University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Sector 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078.

The present call is for Volume 16, Issue 1 of 2026, issued by the office of the Dean, USLLS on 6 August 2026.

ITLJ invites ORIGINAL contributions in the following categories:

• Research papers and articles
• Abstracts of doctoral dissertations
• Major research project reports
• Case studies
• Book reviews

Contributors are asked to submit manuscripts on topics of contemporary importance.

Submissions are invited from academicians and professionals.

The word limits prescribed by the call are:

• Article: 4,500 to 5,500 words
• Book review: 1,500 to 2,000 words
• Case comment: 2,000 words

The cover letter asks for the name of the author(s), so co-authored submissions are contemplated. The call does not state a cap on the number of co-authors.

• Article heading: Times New Roman, size 14, all capitals, bold, centre aligned.
• Author's name: Times New Roman, size 12, running, italicised, bold, right aligned.
• Main headings: Times New Roman, size 12, capitals, bold, underlined, left aligned.
• Part headings: Times New Roman, size 12, running, bold, underlined, left aligned.
• Sub-part headings: Times New Roman, size 12, running, bold, italicised, left aligned.
• Sub-sub-part headings: Times New Roman, size 12, running, italicised, left aligned.
• Body: Times New Roman, size 12, running, justified.
• Paragraph line spacing: 1.5.
• Quotations in the body: indented 0.5 cm on both the right and the left, 1.5 line spacing, placed within inverted commas.
• All references and citations must follow the ILI (Indian Law Institute) citation format.

All papers are to be e-mailed to itlj2020@gmail.com on or before 15 September 2026.

Authors must submit a separate cover letter along with the final manuscript, specifying:

• Title of the submission
• Name of the author(s)
• Designation and affiliation
• Contact information, specifying the e-mail ID for correspondence and phone number

All papers submitted are put through a two-stage blind peer review. Papers are considered for publication only on the recommendations of the reviewers. The call states that mere submission of a paper does not guarantee publication.

The University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi shall be the sole copyright owner of all published material. Apart from fair use for the purpose of research or a research study of criticism, no part of the journal may be copied, adapted, abridged, translated or stored in any retrieval system without prior written permission from the University.
