The International Conference on "Arbitration, Technology and Global Justice" is organised by the University School of Law, Rayat Bahra University, Mohali, Punjab, in collaboration with the India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC), New Delhi, a statutory body established under an Act of Parliament and declared an institution of national importance.
The conference establishes an interdisciplinary academic platform examining the transformative relationship between arbitration, emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain, online dispute resolution, smart contracts, digital evidence) and contemporary global legal governance. It convenes judges, arbitrators, legal practitioners, policymakers, academicians, researchers, industry experts and students across jurisdictions.
Participation is open to academicians, researchers, arbitrators, legal practitioners, judicial officers, policymakers, industry professionals, technology experts and ADR specialists. Submissions are also welcomed from Ph.D. scholars, postgraduate students and undergraduate students with academic and research interest in the theme. Interdisciplinary and comparative contributions are encouraged.
The registration fee is payable only upon acceptance of the abstract and is non-refundable.
