About the Conference

The International Conference on Law, Innovation, Technology and Public Policy (ICLTPP-2026) is the first edition of the flagship international conference of the School of Law and Legal Affairs (SLLA), Noida International University. Themed 'Law, Innovation, Technology and Public Policy for a Sustainable Future: Envisioning Viksit Bharat 2047', it will be held in hybrid mode on 20-21 August 2026 at the Seminar Hall, NIU, Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the conference brings together scholars, researchers, lawyers, legislators, business leaders and students from across the world to examine the role of law and public policy in digital governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, sustainable development and constitutional governance.

About the Organiser

The School of Law and Legal Affairs, Noida International University, has advanced legal education since 2010 through academic rigour, practical training and research-driven learning. It is approved by the Bar Council of India and offers B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), BBA LL.B., LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law. NIU is a UGC-recognised university accredited NAAC A+ (CGPA 3.44).

  • Legal and policy instruments oriented towards Viksit Bharat 2047; governance innovation; Atmanirbhar Bharat and economic governance
  • Innovation through Artificial Intelligence and its accountability; cybersecurity and data protection; FinTech and the digital economy; smart governance
  • Digital healthcare governance; bioethics and biotechnology regulation; universal healthcare, public health and social security
  • Entrepreneurship, intellectual property, patents and the future economy (SDG 9)
  • Human rights, social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion
  • International law, global governance and emerging legal orders (SDG 17)
  • Corporate governance, ESG, sustainable business, aviation and tourism (SDG 12)

Who Can Submit

Submissions are welcome from academicians, researchers, legal practitioners, legislators, business leaders and students in all areas of law, social science, management, technology and related interdisciplinary themes aligned with the conference tracks.

Submission Guidelines

  • Full research paper of 2,500-3,000 words (including citations and references), not exceeding five pages
  • Formatted using the prescribed Taylor & Francis paper template, 10-point Times New Roman, single line spacing
  • Maximum of three authors per paper
  • Manuscripts must have 0% AI content and a similarity index below 10%
  • Submission via the CMT Portal; file named 'Full Name ICLTPP_2026' in MS Word

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-Indexed Conference Proceedings, subject to the publisher's peer-review policy and terms. Each accepted paper receives a single certificate of participation; additional certificates cost Rs 500 each.

Registration Fee

  • UG/PG Students: Rs 2,000 (early) / Rs 2,500 (late)
  • Research Scholars: Rs 10,000 (early) / Rs 11,000 (late)
  • Academicians, Faculty and Industry Professionals: Rs 12,000 (early) / Rs 13,000 (late)
  • Foreign Authors: USD 150 (early) / USD 175 (late)

Early registration is until 24 July 2026. Registration must be completed only after receiving acceptance.
