Internship at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Manesar [Paid, Rs. 10,000/month]

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, based at IMT Manesar near Gurugram. It works as a think tank, capacity-building and research body across corporate law, governance, insolvency, competition law, ESG and sustainability, public policy, valuation and finance.

IICA runs a structured internship programme that lets undergraduate, postgraduate and research students work with its schools and centres, either remotely or at its Manesar campus. Interns contribute to research, policy work and projects across the Institute's areas of work.

The programme offers Summer, Winter, Regular and Capstone Project tracks. The Regular (semester-long) track suits students who can commit for a longer, continuous period.

• Undergraduate, postgraduate and research students at recognised universities and institutions.
• Law students are eligible, alongside students of management, commerce, economics, finance and social sciences.
• A recommendation / No Objection Certificate from the Head of the Institution is required.

• Stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month, subject to satisfactory performance.
• If accommodation is provided by IICA, the stipend is Rs. 5,000 per month.

• Submit the online internship application form on the IICA website, selecting the Regular Internship track and your proposed internship period and topic.
• Alternatively, download the prescribed Form A, attach a recommendation letter / NOC from the Head of your Institution on official letterhead, and email the scanned application from your institution's official email ID to hr@iica.in.
• Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed periodically; there is no fixed last date.
