The Board of Editors of the Journal of Intellectual Property Studies (JIPS) invites original, unpublished manuscripts for Volume X, Issue II. JIPS is a bi-annual, student-edited, double-blind peer reviewed academic journal published under the aegis of National Law University, Jodhpur (ISSN 2583-5297).
If you research and write on intellectual property law, this is a strong, fully open-access platform to get your work cited and read. There are no submission or publication charges.
Founded in 2017, JIPS publishes scholarship on contemporary developments in intellectual property law and related fields. Every submission goes through a double-blind peer review conducted by a Board of Peer Reviewers, guided by faculty editors and assisted by the student editorial team. All accepted pieces are published online on an open-access basis, free for anyone to read and cite.

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the official Google Form on or before 15 July 2026. Email submissions are not considered for the issue. The Journal does not send individual acknowledgements for each submission, and no updates on the editorial process are shared before the deadline closes.
