Judicial Internship at the Office of Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi

The Office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, invites applications from law students for full-time, in-person judicial internships at New Delhi. Internships are offered on a rolling basis, ordinarily commencing on the first working day of each month.

Interns gain firsthand exposure to the judicial process at the apex court, assisting with legal research, drafting, case analysis and court procedure while working directly with a sitting Supreme Court judge. An orientation is provided at the start, and interns are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout.

• Students in the second year or above of the three-year LL.B. programme; or
• Students in the fourth year or above of the five-year integrated LL.B. programme.

Shortlisted candidates are interviewed telephonically or virtually, and confirmation of selection is communicated two to four weeks prior to commencement.
