Junior Associate at Chambers of Advocate Saksham Kathuria, Delhi (0-2 yrs PQE)

The Chambers of Advocate Saksham Kathuria is looking for an Associate/Junior to join its litigation office at Karkardooma, Delhi. This is a full-time role suited to early-career lawyers with up to two years of post-qualification experience who want hands-on courtroom and drafting exposure across criminal, civil and matrimonial matters.

Advocate Saksham Kathuria is an independent litigator practising before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. The chambers handles a mix of criminal, civil and matrimonial litigation and works extensively before the District Courts across Delhi NCR and the Delhi High Court.

As an Associate/Junior, you will support the chambers across its litigation practice. The work spans criminal, civil and matrimonial matters and calls for strong drafting, research and court-appearance abilities.

• Graduate from a recognised university (law degree)
• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong command over drafting skills
• Sound legal research capabilities
• Experience appearing before the District Courts in Delhi NCR and the Delhi High Court

The salary would be based on performance, as stated by the chambers. No fixed figure has been specified.
