Junior Associate at Eagle Law & Integrity, Mumbai (2 years PQE in litigation)

Eagle Law and Integrity, a Mumbai-based litigation firm, is hiring a Junior Associate. If you are an advocate with a couple of years of courtroom experience and you are looking to take on independent litigation work across civil, commercial, family, criminal and constitutional matters, this role is worth a close look.

This is an offline, full-time position based out of the firm's office at New Marine Lines, Mumbai. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Eagle Law and Integrity was founded in 2024 and is led by Advocate Kanchan Talreja. The firm handles a broad litigation practice spanning civil, commercial, family, criminal and constitutional law, and has represented clients across India and abroad. The office is located at Dalamal Chambers, New Marine Lines, Mumbai.

As a Junior Associate, you will be expected to handle court appearances and client coordination independently. Day-to-day work includes drafting, legal research, e-filing before courts and tribunals, and overall case management across the firm's litigation practice areas.

You should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience after successfully clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
• Proficiency in e-filing before courts and tribunals
• Strong drafting, legal research and case management skills
• Familiarity with SCC Online and other legal research tools
• Excellent command over English and Marathi, both written and spoken
• Ability to handle court appearances and client coordination independently
