Bristol University Press invites book proposals for its Law, Creativity and Innovation series, a future-focused home for socio-legal and interdisciplinary scholarship exploring the intricate relationship between law and two of the most fundamental human pursuits: creativity and innovation.
The series examines the legal, cultural, economic and political forces that influence who creates, who benefits from innovation, and how emerging technologies transform foundational concepts such as authorship, inventorship, value and accountability. This is a rolling call with no fixed deadline, so proposals may be submitted at any time.
