Law Officer at AIIMS Deoghar (Contractual, Rs 89,760/month)

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Deoghar, an Institution of National Importance established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for contractual engagement to the post of Law Officer.

• Age limit: 30 to 45 years (as on date of publication of advertisement; relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Government servants as per Government of India rules)
• Consolidated salary: Rs 89,760 per month (no other allowances)
• Nature of engagement: Purely contractual for 11 months, further extendable yearly based on performance, or till the vacancy is filled on a regular basis. The post is not linked to regular appointment and cannot be regularised.

Essential qualifications for the Law Officer post:

• Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Should be a qualified legal practitioner with experience of a minimum period of six (6) years.

The period of experience shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualification.

• General category: Rs 3000/-
• OBC category: Rs 1000/-
• SC / ST / PwD / Women: Nil

Payment must be made through Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of “AIIMS Deoghar” payable at Deoghar, and the original DD must be submitted along with the application form. Fee once remitted is non-refundable.
