Lawyer at Samvad Partners, Bengaluru (Disputes, 1-3 PQE)

Samvad Partners is hiring a Lawyer for its Disputes team in Bengaluru. This is an offline, full-time role open to qualified lawyers with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

You will work with the firm's Disputes practice in Bengaluru, supporting and advising on litigation and dispute-resolution mandates. Responsibilities typically include assisting on dispute resolution and litigation matters, conducting legal research and case-law analysis, and drafting pleadings, applications, submissions and legal opinions. The firm is looking for lawyers who take ownership of their work and are keen to develop their craft alongside experienced practitioners.

• Qualified lawyers with an LL.B. from a recognised university and 1-3 years of PQE.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• A demonstrated interest in disputes / litigation work.
• Curiosity about the law and a willingness to learn and take ownership of mandates.
