Sim And San, Attorneys At Law is a full-service law firm founded in 1996 by Ms. Sangeeta Goel, with offices in the National Capital Region of Delhi and an international office in Dubai (established 2015). The firm is known for its intellectual property practice and has expertise across dispute resolution and commercial litigation, corporate transactions and advisory, entertainment and sports law, banking and finance, data protection and privacy, and investigations.

Sim And San is expanding its team and invites applications from lawyers for multiple teams at its office in Delhi. Hiring is open across three practice teams:

• IP Litigation Team
• Construction/Infrastructure Arbitration Team
• White Collar Crime Team

The IP Litigation Team is seeking lawyers with 4-6 years of minimum experience in IP litigation, particularly in matters involving trade marks, media & entertainment, and technology litigation. Work includes handling trademark litigation matters, representing clients in technology-related litigation, and drafting pleadings and legal submissions.

The Construction/Infrastructure Arbitration Team is seeking lawyers with 5-7 years of minimum experience in prosecuting end-to-end construction/infrastructure arbitrations, including drafting arbitration pleadings, claims and replies, and coordinating with tribunals and experts.

The White Collar Crime Team is seeking lawyers with 5-7 years of minimum experience in handling white collar crime disputes, including investigations, drafting legal notices and petitions, and assisting in court proceedings.

• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• Relevant post-qualification experience as specified for each team
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Ability to manage matters independently
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities

The positions are offline (in-office) roles at the firm's Delhi office (A-12, Gulmohar Park, New Delhi - 110049).
