Legal Analyst at Rightsline, Noida (Full-Time, Hybrid; LLB with 2 Years' Experience)

Its customers include some of the largest content owners in the world. The company runs a dedicated India operation, and this position sits with that India team in Noida, supporting North American clients as part of a globally connected organisation.

The Legal Analyst reports directly to the Legal Analysts Manager and is responsible for the customer's contract life-cycle management solution. It is a client-facing role: the analyst owns their own tasks while also contributing to the process implementation and execution of their projects, and manages deal ingestion end to end on the Rightsline platform with a view to improving business and ingestion processes.

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to manage contract interpretation and ingestion related services.
• Interpret and ingest deal terms for North American clients in the media and entertainment industry, and ingest those terms in the user interface while meeting process and standards.
• Serve as the expert in contract interpretation and ingestion for media and entertainment clients, principally within Rightsline.
• Take up training to ensure proper growth and development.
• Own solution design and execution for assigned projects.
• Evaluate business requirements for contract life-cycle management across various applications and systems.
• Identify customer requirements and use cases, and track and document the execution and delivery of those projects.
• Manage risks and alert the manager to potential escalations and issues of importance.
• Ensure requirements and solutions are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project.
• Provide detailed analysis of processes and workflows, with suggestions for improvement using technology or business process enhancements.
• Build relationships with business users and develop a deep understanding of their processes and current use of technology.
• Engage with internal teams including Engineering, Product and QA so that relevant release items and customer initiatives are understood and delivered on time.
• Arrange and administer training for customers to promote the change management approach of the implementation.

• LLB degree; additionally a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Two years of experience in the legal field.
• Experience in contract interpretation and contract ingestion.
• Experience with North American and/or media and entertainment contracts is preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment and to prioritise accordingly.
• Ability to review functional requirements, analysis and implementation documents and provide feedback.
• Ability to make sound judgment and resolve problems without supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with internal and external audiences.
• Excellent knowledge and ability in the use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• The role is Noida/NCR based and follows a hybrid work model with clearly defined collaboration days.
• Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to work in required shifts; working hours are flexible depending on the role.
