Legal Apprentice at Innovaccer, Noida (On-site, NATS Apprenticeship)

Innovaccer is a healthcare technology company that offers a Legal Apprentice (Apprentice - Legal) opportunity based on-site at its Noida, Uttar Pradesh office. The apprentice will work closely with the General Legal Counsel and the wider legal team, supporting day-to-day legal operations and gaining hands-on exposure to in-house legal practice.

• Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of various contracts, agreements and other legal documents under supervision.
• Reviewing legal documents such as NDAs, MSAs and SOWs.
• Conducting regulatory research and supporting compliance matters.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and assisting in preparing legal opinions.

• Holds a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Eligible to enrol under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) as a Graduate Apprentice.
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
