• Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements and other legal documents under supervision.

• Supporting the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDAs, Amendments, MSAs and SOWs.

• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance from mentors.
