Legal Apprenticeship at Vastu Housing Finance, Zirakpur (Freshers)

Vastu Housing Finance is inviting applications from fresh law graduates for its Apprenticeship Program - Legal, based in Zirakpur in the Chandigarh region. If you are starting out and want to build real expertise in housing finance, this is a chance to work alongside an in-house legal team on compliance, property due diligence, and mortgage documentation.

The programme is designed to give you practical, hands-on exposure to the legal and regulatory functions that sit at the heart of a housing finance company, rather than purely theoretical work.

Vastu Housing Finance is a Mumbai-based institutional housing finance company. It focuses on providing home loans and financial services to credit-underserved, self-employed communities across semi-urban and rural India.

The company operates across multiple locations and specialises in housing finance and mortgage-related services, which gives its legal team steady exposure to property law, title work, and lending compliance.

As a legal apprentice, you can expect to:

• Assist with property due diligence and title verification processes.
• Support mortgage documentation and related legal formalities.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and documentation review.
• Support the legal team in day-to-day operations.

Across the programme you will get exposure to legal functions, compliance, property due diligence, and mortgage documentation.

• You hold an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. degree.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of Property Laws and Mortgage Laws will be preferred.

This is an in-office role based in Zirakpur, in the Chandigarh region (Punjab).
