HealthKart is hiring a Legal Associate / Assistant Manager - Legal to join its in-house legal team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, in-office role for a mid-level lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience who can own trademark and intellectual property matters, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage litigation, and support regulatory compliance across the business.

It runs a large e-commerce platform alongside 100+ physical stores, supplying authentic protein supplements, vitamins and wellness products. As Legal Associate / Assistant Manager - Legal, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing trademark and intellectual property protection matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Handling litigation and dispute management matters.
• Supporting regulatory and compliance functions.
• Providing legal advisory support to internal cross-functional teams.

You are a good fit if you have:

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in trademark management and intellectual property protection, including trademark prosecution.
• Experience in commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Experience in litigation and dispute management.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance support.
• The ability to provide legal advisory support to cross-functional teams.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to FMCG, consumer products, e-commerce, healthcare, nutrition, media or technology sectors is an added advantage.

This is an in-office role based in Gurugram, Haryana, working 5 days a week.
