The Chambers of Jayashree Shukla Dasgupta is hiring a Legal Associate for its Delhi practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh law graduate (0-1 year of post-qualification experience) who wants to build a litigation career in banking and finance disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy law, and broader civil and commercial litigation before courts and tribunals.

The Chambers of Jayashree Shukla Dasgupta (JSD Chambers) is a Delhi-based disputes practice with a strong focus on banking and finance litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and civil and commercial disputes. Associates here work directly on live matters before a range of courts and tribunals, gaining hands-on exposure to high-stakes commercial litigation.

As a Legal Associate, you will be retained to assist on the Chambers' active disputes and gain exposure across the following areas:

• Banking and finance litigation
• Insolvency and bankruptcy law
• Civil and commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals

The work involves substantial legal research, drafting, and case preparation across these practice areas.

You are a good fit if you have:

• 0-1 year of post-qualification experience
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• A keen interest in banking litigation and insolvency law

This is an in-office role based in Delhi.
