Legal Associate at INDALI Law Partners, Gurugram (Consumer Litigation, 2-3 yrs PQE)

INDALI Law Partners is hiring a Legal Associate for its Gurugram office, focused on consumer litigation. This is a full-time role for a litigator with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience who is ready to independently run consumer, RERA and civil litigation matters across Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh. If you draft well, think strategically and are comfortable appearing before courts and forums, this is a chance to take ownership of your own case load.

The firm works with an experienced team of professionals and a network of alliances to deliver legal services across a wide range of matters throughout the country. Its practice areas span dispute resolution, real estate, corporate and commercial, intellectual property, and labour and employment law.

You will manage and appear in consumer, RERA and civil litigation matters across courts and forums in Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh. Day to day, the work includes:

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, written statements, applications and legal opinions
• Conducting legal research, analysing case laws and preparing case strategies
• Briefing and coordinating with senior counsel
• Liaising with clients, providing updates and maintaining professional relationships
• Ensuring timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements

The role suits someone who can independently manage cases, draft pleadings, appear in court and advise clients on legal strategy.

• LL.B. from a recognised university
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in consumer, RERA and civil litigation
• Preference for candidates with experience in revenue and land matters, and exposure to real estate consumer disputes
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and lead assignments with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Willingness to appear before courts and authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside NCR

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Delhi/NCR). The role involves appearances across Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh, with occasional travel outside NCR.
