Santosh Thakrar & Associates, a law firm based in Ahmedabad, is expanding its team and is looking for experienced legal professionals to join as Legal Associates in its Property & Banking Law practice. If you have spent a year or two working on title searches, property registration and bank/NBFC due diligence, this is a chance to deepen that expertise with a firm that has consistent, real-world banking work.

Santosh Thakrar & Associates is an established law firm specialising in title clearance, mortgage documentation, property and land registration, and related legal due diligence. The firm holds long-standing empanelments with several banks and NBFCs, which means a steady, high-volume flow of property and banking work across Gujarat rather than occasional one-off briefs.

As a Legal Associate, you will work across the firm's core property and banking practice. The work is hands-on and includes:

• Title Search and Title Clearance Reports
• Property and Land Registration (Sale Deeds, Mortgage Deeds and similar instruments)
• Encumbrance Certificates and Legal Opinions for Banks and NBFCs
• SRO record verification, revenue and mutation entries

The firm is looking for someone who is detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage client and bank deliverables with minimal supervision.

You should be a Practicing Advocate or Legal Associate with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in:

• Title Search and Title Clearance Reports
• Property and Land Registration (Sale Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, etc.)
• Encumbrance Certificates and Legal Opinions for Banks/NBFCs
• SRO record verification, revenue and mutation entries

A strong understanding of Gujarat property law, banking documentation and due diligence procedures is essential. The firm notes that only candidates with relevant experience need apply.
