The Office of Advocate Kartikeya Rastogi, based in Gulmohar Park, South Delhi, is hiring an Associate for its litigation practice. This is an in-office (offline) role suited to early-career lawyers who want hands-on exposure across both State representation work and private briefs.

Advocate Kartikeya Rastogi serves as Deputy Advocate General for the State of Himachal Pradesh before the Supreme Court of India. The chamber's practice spans civil, commercial, criminal, environmental and energy, property, service, arbitration, white-collar crime, and public interest matters, giving associates a broad and varied caseload.

As an Associate you will work on a mixture of State representation and private matters in civil and criminal law, appearing and assisting across all forums in Delhi. Expect a courts-facing litigation role with regular drafting, research, and hearing support.

• Lawyers with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
