Terra Economics and Analytics Lab (TEAL) is hiring a Legal Executive to work on property title due diligence for the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region. This is a full-time, work-from-home role focused on preparing Legal Scrutiny Reports and legal opinions that help clients carry out safe and secure property investments. TEAL is an end-to-end decision support platform for land and property, serving banks, housing finance companies, real estate and infrastructure developers, retail investors and transacting parties. Its analytical tools and services work on collated, organised and interpreted data drawn from land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, land-use regulations, master plans, cadastral surveys, infrastructure plans, municipal by-laws, building codes and planning requirements.
The aim is to provide reliable information on property ownership, registration status, disputes and tax compliance history, so clients have what they need to make a safe and secure property investment.
As a Legal Executive, you will primarily work on the preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports and provide legal opinions that empower clients and simplify their property due diligence journey. Your key responsibilities include:

The role pays a fee of Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 per month, subject to a 10% TDS deduction (this works out to roughly Rs 3.6L–4.2L per year before TDS). Benefits include:
