Legal Internship at Adv Prashant Sharma, Indore (Litigation, MP High Court)

Advocate Prashant Sharma is inviting applications for an in-person litigation internship based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside a practising advocate, observe live court proceedings, and build the practical skills that litigation demands.

This is an unpaid internship intended for students who genuinely want to gain meaningful courtroom experience and are seriously considering a career in litigation.

Adv Prashant Sharma practises before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Indore Bench) and the subordinate courts. His practice spans criminal law, civil litigation, consumer disputes, family law, and writ jurisdiction, giving interns exposure across a broad range of matters.

As an intern, you can expect to be involved in:

• Courtroom observation of live proceedings
• Legal research and case-law analysis
• Drafting of applications, pleadings, notices, and briefs
• Case preparation and assistance with litigation strategy
• Exposure to court procedures and client handling
• Mentorship in day-to-day litigation practice

This internship is open to law students, with the following preferences:

• Preferably 3rd year onwards for the 5-year course, or 2nd year onwards for the 3-year course
• Strong research and drafting skills
• A genuine interest in litigation and court practice
• A professional work ethic and a willingness to learn

There is no application fee. Please note that this is an unpaid internship; no stipend is offered.
