Legal Internship at APL Apollo Tubes Limited, Noida (Stipend Rs 10,000 per month; 1 Month, In-Office; Rolling Applications)

APL Apollo Tubes Limited is one of India’s leading manufacturers of structural steel tubes and pipes. Headquartered in the Delhi NCR region, the company has an extensive manufacturing and distribution network across India and caters to infrastructure, construction, engineering and other industrial sectors.

The company invites law students to intern with its Legal Team at its Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The internship gives practical exposure to the functioning of an in-house legal department of a listed corporate entity. Interns work closely with the Legal Team and gain insight into the legal and commercial requirements of a large corporate organisation.

Selected interns assist the Legal Team on corporate, commercial and general legal matters, including general corporate work, legal research, contract review, dispute management, maintenance of MIS reports and legal records, legal drafting, and work relating to corporate and commercial transactions. The internship also shows how legal issues are identified, evaluated and addressed in a corporate environment, including the interface between legal, commercial and business functions.

• Students currently pursuing a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme from a recognised university or law college.
• Interest in corporate law, commercial transactions, contract management and dispute resolution.
• Good legal research, drafting and communication skills.
• Availability to undertake the internship physically at the Corporate Office in Noida for the entire one-month period.
• Students who have previously interned with law firms, in-house legal teams or other relevant organisations may also apply.

The internship lasts one month and is in-office at the Corporate Office, SG Centre, 37C, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201304. The stipend is ₹10,000 per month and lunch is provided at the office. It runs during regular office working hours; specific reporting and working hours will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.

Interns will be selected on a rolling basis, depending on the requirements of the Legal Team and the availability of positions during the relevant month.
