Legal Internship at ASC Solicitors and Advocates, New Delhi

ASC Solicitors and Advocates, a multi-disciplinary law firm based in New Delhi with an associated presence in the United Kingdom, is inviting law students and recent graduates to join its team as legal interns for a one-month internship during July or August 2026. This is an on-site opportunity at the firm office in Jangpura, New Delhi, that puts you close to live litigation and corporate work rather than purely academic exercises.

As a legal intern you will be working alongside senior attorneys on active matters. The work is practical and varied, and you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Drafting for the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, district courts, the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and similar forums.
• Drafting legal opinions and agreements.
• Attending court appearances alongside senior attorneys.
• Preparing case briefs and assisting with case analysis.
• Client coordination and providing case updates.

The internship runs for one month and is offered for the July or August 2026 window.

This internship is aimed at law students pursuing a three year or five year LLB programme, and recent law graduates who want litigation and corporate exposure with a working firm. A genuine interest in litigation, drafting, and dispute resolution will help you make the most of the placement.
