Legal Internship at Bajaj & Co., Mumbai (Litigation; Rolling)

Bajaj & Co. is a Mumbai-based full-service litigation and advisory practice that acts as counsel to individuals, families, financial institutions and commercial enterprises across a range of legal matters arising under Indian law. The firm appears regularly before the Bombay High Court, the Supreme Court of India, the City Civil Court, the Sessions Court, RERA, the NCLT and allied forums.

The firm is inviting applications for a legal internship in its litigation practice. Interns will receive hands-on exposure to commercial litigation work, including legal drafting, research, court filings and case preparation, alongside the firm's conveyancing and corporate advisory matters.

• Commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court, Supreme Court, City Civil Court, RERA, NCLT and Sessions Court
• Arbitration
• Conveyancing and corporate advisory
• Drafting, legal research, court filings and case preparation

• Final-year students of five-year integrated law programmes
• Second or third-year students of three-year law programmes

The internship is unpaid; no stipend has been specified by the firm.
