• Applicants should have knowledge of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, Transfer of Property Act, Constitution, Contract, Code of Civil Procedure and Companies Act.
• Applicants should be able to research various legal provisions and judgments.

• Deserving interns may get an opportunity to draft petitions, appeals and agreements.
• Interns may learn to draft petitions, appeals and agreements before the Orissa High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, subordinate courts and various commissions.
• Interns will develop research skills and learn to use online legal databases, including databases of the Supreme Court and other courts.
• Interns will receive guidance on the process from filing a case to its disposal.
• Interns may attend client meetings and discussions to learn how to deal with clients.
• Interns will get an opportunity to witness courtroom hearings.

• Free legal e-books relating to concise summaries of landmark judgments, autobiographies of judges, contract drafting, and legal magazines for deserving interns.
