Legal Internship at Chambers of Adv. Syed Adil Husain & Associates, Delhi (Litigation, Tis Hazari Courts)

The Chambers of Adv. Syed Adil Husain & Associates is inviting applications for a law internship at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. This is a litigation-focused internship that puts you inside the day-to-day work of an active practice, from court proceedings to drafting and legal research.

The internship runs across July-August 2026. It is an unpaid internship, but it offers hands-on exposure to civil, commercial, and criminal litigation and to court procedure. If you are keen on building practical litigation skills, this is a chance to learn directly within a working chamber.

Adv. Syed Adil Husain has been practicing at Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, since 2018. He is currently empanelled with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and handles a diverse range of matters across civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.

The chambers offer law students practical exposure to litigation and court procedures in a dynamic learning environment.

As a selected intern, you will be involved in:

• Assisting in court proceedings and case tracking;
• Drafting legal documents, applications, and briefs;
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis;
• Managing case files and providing procedural assistance; and
• Working on matters relating to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and appellate tribunal proceedings.

You can apply if you:

• Are pursuing a law degree (3rd year or above in a 5-year course, or 2nd year or above in a 3-year course);
• Possess good communication and drafting skills;
• Have a keen interest in litigation and legal research;
• Are punctual, disciplined, and sincere; and
• Are based in Delhi NCR (preferred).

The internship is scheduled for July-August 2026. The duration is flexible and will depend on your availability and performance. Shortlisted candidates will be selected through a virtual interview.

This is an unpaid internship. No stipend is offered.
