The Chambers of Rudraditya Khare are inviting law students to apply for an in-person litigation internship based in New Delhi. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside a practising advocate, get a close look at how litigation runs day to day, and build real research and drafting experience.
The internship runs across July and August 2026 and is offline at the chambers in Anand Lok, New Delhi.
The role
As an intern, you can expect to work on:
- Legal research on issues arising in ongoing matters
- Drafting of pleadings, applications, and notes
- Court observation and assistance with chamber work

Who can apply
You are eligible if you are:
- A student in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a five-year law course, or the 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year law course
- Comfortable with research and drafting
- Seriously interested in litigation
