DSK Legal is a full-service Indian law firm. Its own website records that the firm "was set up in 2001 in India and in 2025 in the UAE" and that it has over 300 fee-earners, including 74 partners and associate partners.
The firm operates from Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune in India, along with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Its practice covers banking and finance, competition and antitrust, corporate and securities, dispute resolution, intellectual property, labour and employment, media, entertainment and sports, private clients, projects and energy, real estate, technology and white collar crime, among other areas.
DSK Legal runs a structured internship application process through a form hosted on its own website. The firm's careers page carries an Internship section with an Apply Now button that leads to this form.
The programme is offered as a one-month internship at one of the firm's Indian offices. There is no single advertised opening date or closing date; the form stays live and lists the internship months that are currently open for selection.
The application form is built for law students enrolled in the following programmes:
The form asks for the name of the college and the applicant's CGPA or percentage. It does not print a minimum cut-off.
The form asks the applicant to indicate a Preferred Office Location from Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune.
It also asks for a Preferred Practice Area, with a choice between Litigation and Non Litigation. The internship is an in-office, offline engagement at the chosen location.
Under 'Applying for', the only option is a 1 Month Internship.
Under 'Month of Internship', the form currently lists:
The set of months on the form changes as the calendar moves, so check the live form for the window that is open when you apply.
DSK Legal does not state a stipend anywhere on its internship application form or on its careers page. Neither the amount nor the fact of payment is mentioned. Applicants who need to know should write to the firm before accepting an offer.
Beyond the basic academic and contact fields, the form asks for a full record of what you have done so far and for four written answers:
A CV has to be uploaded, and the applicant has to confirm that all the information given is accurate, the form recording that any misrepresentation may result in disqualification of the application.
Applications are made only through the internship form on the DSK Legal website. There is no email application route and no fee.
