Legal Internship at Jain & Saigal Law Offices, New Delhi (Performance-based Stipend) [4 Seats]

Jain & Saigal Law Offices is a full-service litigation firm in New Delhi with a presence across courts and tribunals in Delhi NCR, working primarily in civil and commercial litigation. It is led by two partners, Shubham Saigal and Siddharth Jain, both Advocates-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. The firm appears before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, NCLT and NCLAT, DRTs and DRAT, consumer commissions and district courts.

The firm is taking on four interns across three seniority bands:

• Two interns: 5th year of a 5-year LLB, or 3rd year of a 3-year LLB.
• One intern: 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year LLB, or 2nd year of a 3-year LLB.
• One intern: 1st or 2nd year of a 5-year LLB, or 1st year of a 3-year LLB.

The firm is looking for self-driven, hardworking law students who are eager to learn.

According to the firm, interns will not be limited to photocopying and carrying files. They will attend court with the team and get hands-on exposure to drafting, research and client meetings. Depending on their year, they may also work on domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

• Internship months: Applicants can choose any month from October 2026 to March 2027 on the application form.
