JSW Motors Limited is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to work with its legal team at the Mumbai corporate office. The internship runs for two months and is an in-office (offline) engagement at Bandra Kurla Complex, Kalina. One position is on offer and the internship is expected to start within a month of selection.

• Drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial contracts, agreements and internal policies
• Conducting legal research on corporate, labour, environmental and automotive regulations
• Supporting compliance processes, regulatory filings and internal audits
• Assisting in due diligence and risk assessment for ongoing business projects
• Preparing case briefs and legal summaries, and maintaining documentation and records

• Pursuing LL.B. (3rd year or 4th year) or LL.M. from a reputed institution
• Strong capabilities in legal research, drafting and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm is preferred, not mandatory
