Legal Internship at Kshetry & Co., Kolkata & Delhi (Litigation)

Kshetry & Co. is inviting law students to apply for in-office internships at its Kolkata and Delhi offices. This is an offline (in-person) opportunity that gives you hands-on exposure to both litigation and corporate practice. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the better.

There are 15 internship positions on offer in total: 10 in Kolkata and 5 in Delhi.

Kshetry & Co. is a multinational full-service law firm with a global footprint, operating across India, the USA, the UK, the UAE and Thailand. The firm advises on company setup and incorporation, due diligence, property and real estate law, international arbitration, dispute resolution, immigration and compliance, alongside its India litigation practice.

As an intern, you can expect to work across a range of practice areas and tasks, including:

• Criminal litigation
• Civil litigation
• Corporate and commercial law
• Company law matters
• Legal research and drafting
• Case analysis and case studies
• Client interaction and matter management
• Court procedures and practical litigation exposure

The internship is open to law students who are currently pursuing the LL.B. degree, whether through the 3-year or the 5-year course.

This is offered as an unpaid internship, but interns may be eligible for performance-based monthly rewards. These rewards are subject to your contribution, attendance, quality of work, ethics, discipline and professionalism. No fixed stipend amount or internship duration has been specified by the firm.
