Legal Internship at MindPeers, Remote (Contracts & Data Privacy)

MindPeers is inviting applications for a Legal Internship aimed at final-year law students and fresh law graduates who are interested in technology, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and data privacy law. This is a hands-on role on a growing in-house legal team, with real ownership of contracts and compliance work from the very start.

MindPeers is a mental health technology company that partners with insurers, HR teams, and organisations to deliver AI-enabled mental health solutions. By combining AI agents with mental health professionals, the company provides measurable and personalised mental healthcare for organisations and their teams.

You will join the legal team as a Legal Intern, supporting work across healthcare, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and corporate law. The internship offers practical exposure to contract drafting, legal documentation, and compliance, with real responsibility from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• Assisting with AI and data-related contracts, including licensing, intellectual property, and technology integration agreements
• Preparing and reviewing healthcare compliance documents, including patient data and clinical agreements
• Supporting contract lifecycle management and broader legal documentation

You should be:

• An LL.B. graduate or a final-year law student
• Strong on the fundamentals of contract law
• A capable drafter who can work comfortably with cross-functional teams

An interest in AI regulation and data privacy laws such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and GDPR will be an added advantage.
