Legal Internship at Novo Nordisk GBS, Bengaluru (6 Months, On-site)

Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) is inviting applications for a full-time, on-site Legal Internship based in Bengaluru. This is a six-month internship (non-FTE, in-office) with the Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) team, offering hands-on exposure to corporate legal work across contracts, litigation support, compliance and governance within a global healthcare organisation.

The selected intern is expected to be able to start by 16 August 2026 and remain available for the full six-month duration. Applications close on 31 July 2026.

Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) delivers business services across functions for the Novo Nordisk group. The Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) team ensures a robust legal strategy, advisory and governance for the GBS affiliate.

• Provides legal strategy, advisory and governance support
• Drives strategic contracts and contract management
• Implements compliance programmes and provides data privacy advisory
• Provides legal advice on business and employment law matters
• Manages litigation and dispute matters

• Conducting legal research on applicable laws, regulations, legal developments and case precedents
• Assisting in reviewing contracts, agreements, policies and other legal documents
• Supporting litigation and dispute management, including reviewing litigation documentation, maintaining trackers for ongoing matters, reviewing court filings and submissions, and coordinating with external counsel
• Assisting with communication and coordination for Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) initiatives across GBS
• Managing legal records, documentation, databases and knowledge management repositories
• Assisting in planning, executing and monitoring ethics and compliance initiatives
• Supporting activities related to CSR and ESG projects

• Currently pursuing a B.A. LL.B. or LL.B. degree
• Proficiency in English and Kannada
• Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Office
• Operational knowledge of Manupatra and other legal research databases
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
