Legal Internship at Piramal Finance, Noida (Collection Legal Intern; Unpaid)

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd. (Piramal Finance) is the lending and financial services arm of the Piramal Group, offering home loans, business loans, loans against property and personal loans across India. Its Legal Team is inviting applications from law students for a Collection Legal Internship, offering practical exposure to banking and finance laws, recovery litigation, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

The intern will work with the Legal Team on collection and recovery matters, gaining hands-on experience in enforcement proceedings and dispute resolution in the financial services sector.

• Assist in matters relating to proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
• Support Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and recovery-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes.
• Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Support case management and compliance-related activities.
• Liaise with advocates, courts and regulatory bodies as required.

• Law students (3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year integrated law course) with an interest in banking and finance law.
• Interest or background in dispute resolution, ADR and recovery litigation.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.

The internship is on-site at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for a duration of 1 to 2 months.

This is an unpaid internship.
