Legal Internship at Rajpal Associates, Tis Hazari, New Delhi (Litigation)

Rajpal Associates, a litigation chambers based at the Tis Hazari Courts in New Delhi, is inviting applications for an in-person legal internship. The internship is offered on a rolling basis, with selected interns expected to join from 1 July 2026 for the full month of July.

Rajpal Associates is a practising litigation chambers at the Tis Hazari Courts, one of Delhi's principal district court complexes. Interns work closely with the team on active litigation, getting hands-on exposure to district court practice.

As an intern, you can expect to be involved in day-to-day chamber and court work, including:

• Drafting pleadings, applications, counter-affidavits and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research
• Assisting with case preparation and strategy
• Coordinating with clients
• Attending court and maintaining case records

You are eligible if you are:

• A law student in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme, or in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Enrolled at a university recognised by the Bar Council of India
• Available in person for the full month of July 2026

Candidates based in Delhi will be preferred. Prior experience in litigation and legal research is an advantage.

The internship runs for a minimum of one month, and may be extended based on your performance. The chambers has not specified any stipend, so you should treat this as an unpaid internship unless confirmed otherwise by the organiser.
