Overview

RSA Law Consultants, a corporate and commercial litigation firm based in Defence Colony, New Delhi, is inviting applications for offline legal internships running across the second half of 2026. Intakes are open for the months of July, August, September, October, November and December 2026, so you can pick a stint that fits your academic calendar.

This is a hands-on, in-office internship suited to students who want courtroom and tribunal exposure rather than a purely research-from-home experience. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for each month, so applying early for your preferred slot is sensible.

About the firm

RSA Law Consultants is a boutique corporate and commercial litigation practice in New Delhi. The firm regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and the Delhi High Court, and acts for corporate clients across commercial disputes, insolvency, and arbitration matters alongside corporate advisory work.

The role

As an intern you will get practical exposure to the firm's core practice areas. Expect to work on and observe matters spanning:

  • Corporate and commercial litigation
  • Arbitration
  • Insolvency matters before the NCLT and NCLAT
  • Litigation before the Delhi High Court
  • Corporate advisory work

The internship is offline and based at the firm's Defence Colony office, so you should be able to attend in person for the duration of your stint.

Who can apply

  • Law students in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a five-year law course
  • Law students in the final year of a three-year law course
  • Candidates with strong research skills and exposure to drafting
  • Prior internship experience in similar areas (corporate, commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency) is an added advantage

What it costs

There is no application fee for this internship. As a matter of principle, you should never be asked to pay a firm to intern, whether as a processing fee or a charge for a certificate. No stipend has been specified by the firm in this notification.

How to apply

  1. Prepare an updated CV.
  2. Email it to info.rsalawconsultants@gmail.com.
  3. Use the subject line: Application for Internship - [Month of Application] (for example, "Application for Internship - August").

You can also refer to the firm's official LinkedIn notification, linked below, for the original announcement.

  • Decide which month (July to December 2026) you want to intern
  • Update your CV, highlighting any research, drafting or litigation/insolvency experience
  • Email your CV to info.rsalawconsultants@gmail.com with the correct subject line
  • Apply early for your preferred month, as intakes are filled on a rolling basis
