Legal Internship at Vidyarthi & Associates, Delhi (Litigation, 1 Month)

Vidyarthi & Associates, a Delhi-based full-service law firm, is inviting applications for a one-month in-office internship. This is a litigation-focused internship offering hands-on exposure to civil and criminal practice in Delhi. Two intern positions are open, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

The internship runs offline from the firm's Sarvapriya Vihar office, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The timings and working days are tentative and may be relaxed depending on deliverables.

Vidyarthi & Associates is a full-service law firm based in Delhi. Founded in 1957, the firm has steadily expanded and diversified its areas of practice over the decades.

Alongside a prominent litigation practice, the firm handles substantial representations in civil and criminal litigation, vetting, contract formulation, banking and insurance-related procedures, and direct exposure to regulatory bodies. It has constituent teams working on taxation, intellectual property, forensic sciences, cyber-crimes, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, competition and anti-trust, anti-corruption, arbitration, matrimonial matters, sports law and project finance, among others.

The firm is led by Mr. Vivek Vidyarthi.

This is a work-from-office internship at the firm's Delhi premises. As an intern you can expect:

• First-hand exposure to the nitty-gritties and nuances of litigation practice in Delhi.
• A detailed insight into how legal processes function across the firm's diverse practice areas.
• The possibility of interstate travel for cases handled outside Delhi.

The office also provides in-house entertainment to help interns strike a balance between work and the occasional break.

You are eligible if you are:

• Enrolled in a 5-year BA LLB or BBA LLB programme, or a 3-year LLB programme, from a recognised institute or university.
• A final-year student (final-year students are specifically encouraged to apply).
