Legal Internship at Vouchagram India (GyFTR), Delhi NCR (Corporate Law)

Vouchagram India Private Limited, which operates under the well-known brand GyFTR, is inviting applications from law students for a Corporate Law Internship. This is an in-office opportunity in Delhi NCR for students who want hands-on exposure to corporate law, contracts, compliance and legal research within a fast-moving digital payments and rewards business.

Vouchagram India Private Limited operates under the brand name GyFTR and is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Singapore-based company working in the digital payments, instant rewards and gift voucher sector. GyFTR is a leading enabler and aggregator of digital gift vouchers, gift cards and micro-payment solutions, partnering with a wide range of brands across multiple industries.

As a Corporate Law Intern, you will get exposure to corporate law matters, contracts, compliance and legal research within a corporate environment. You will support the in-house legal function on contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and day-to-day legal operations, seeing how an in-house team supports a high-growth fintech and rewards business.

This is a paid internship with a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. The internship runs for approximately 2 months and is based in-office in Delhi NCR.

• Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law programme.
• Based in the Delhi NCR region.
• Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, compliance and legal research.
