R K Dewan & Co, founded in 1942 by Raj Kumar Dewan, is one of India's oldest and most established intellectual property law firms, with more than 80 years of experience advising clients on protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights across India and internationally. The firm's Mumbai Litigation department is currently accepting applications for both internship and junior associate roles at its Fort, Mumbai office. This is a rolling, ongoing recruitment.

The firm is inviting applications from final-year law students for internship positions and from fresh law graduates for junior associate roles. The work involves legal research and case analysis, assisting with drafting of pleadings and other legal documents, and supporting litigation matters and case preparation within the Mumbai Litigation department.

A stipend or salary is offered to selected candidates. The role is offline and based entirely at the firm's Fort, Mumbai office. Recruitment is ongoing, so applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
