Legal Partnerships Leader at LeXi AI, Delhi NCR (Salary Up to Rs. 25,000 + Commission)

LeXi AI is hiring a Legal Partnerships Leader for a full-time, field-based role across Delhi NCR. If you are a law graduate who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, and talking about how technology is changing legal practice, this is a chance to take a legal-tech product to law schools, firms, and bar associations on the ground.

The role pays a fixed monthly base of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 along with uncapped performance commission.

LeXi AI is the brand of Astute Lex Servicado Private Limited, an AI legal-tech startup building AI tools for the legal profession. The role is led by the founder and CEO, Onkar Rana.

This is a relationship-building position. You will represent LeXi AI in front of legal institutions and decision-makers and help turn conversations into partnerships. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building institutional relationships with law schools, law firms, bar associations, and legal professionals
• Meeting decision-makers such as Deans, Partners, and Senior Advocates
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
• Identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities
• Gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Representing the company at legal events across Delhi NCR

You are likely a good fit if you have:

• An LLB or BA LLB degree
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in litigation, chambers, law firms, or academia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A solid understanding of legal practice and legal education
• Comfort with technology and AI concepts
• A willingness to travel regularly across Delhi NCR

This is a field-based role spanning Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Compensation is a fixed monthly base of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 plus uncapped performance commission, so your earnings can grow with the partnerships you build.
