Aavana Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based company established in 2017 that provides corporate advisory, business consulting, financial advisory, and regulatory compliance services.

The company assists businesses with regulatory requirements, licensing, labour law compliance, audit support, taxation, and operational compliance. It focuses on providing tailored solutions to help organisations manage their legal and regulatory obligations and streamline business operations.

The intern will assist the Research & Development team in researching Central and State laws, identifying statutory compliance requirements, preparing compliance tasks, and uploading verified information into the organisation's compliance management tool.

• Research labour laws, rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Identify relevant legal provisions, forms, fees, deadlines, and penalties.
• Prepare compliance checkpoints in simple and clear English.
• Review and verify legal research for accuracy.
• Upload and update compliance tasks in the prescribed format.
• Assist with state-wise compliance research and documentation.

• Students pursuing a three-year or five-year LL.B. program.
• Good legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
