Legal Research Internship at HMB Legal, Delhi (Government Tender Compliance)

The work centres on a single substantive theme: understanding government tender compliance across its legal, regulatory and practical dimensions. This is a research focused internship built around one project: Understanding Government Tender Compliance, Legal, Regulatory and Practical Aspects. Over the course of the internship you can expect to engage with:

• Public procurement laws and the regulatory framework that governs government tenders in India
• Tender documentation and the compliance requirements attached to it
• Bid evaluation processes and how tenders are assessed
• Dispute resolution mechanisms that arise in the tendering context

The aim is to leave you with a structured, well researched understanding of how government contracting actually works, not just a surface reading of the rules.
