Litigation Associate at Chambers of Adv. Moksh Jain, Mumbai (Freshers / 0-2 yrs)

The Chambers of Adv. Moksh Jain is hiring a Litigation Associate in Mumbai for immediate joining. This is a full-time, in-person role open to freshers, with candidates having one to two years of litigation experience also welcome to apply. You would work on civil, criminal and commercial litigation matters before courts across Mumbai, giving you hands-on courtroom exposure early in your career.

The Chambers of Adv. Moksh Jain is a litigation practice based in Fort, Mumbai. The chambers handles civil, criminal and commercial disputes and appears before forums including the Bombay High Court, the City Civil Court, the Small Causes Court and the Metropolitan (Magistrate) Courts in Mumbai.

As a Litigation Associate, you would:

• Assist in litigation matters relating to civil, criminal and commercial disputes.
• Appear before the Bombay High Court, the City Civil Court, the Small Causes Court and the Metropolitan (Magistrate) Courts in Mumbai.

The position is a physical (in-office) role with immediate joining.

• Freshers may apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in litigation may also apply.
• Applicants must be residing in Mumbai.

Remuneration will be discussed during the interview. The role includes an initial three-month paid assessment period.
