Litigation Associate at Legalics Law Offices, New Delhi (5+ years PQE)

Legalics Law Offices is hiring a Litigation Associate for its Disputes Resolution practice at its New Delhi office. The firm is looking for candidates with more than five years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation who can independently manage matters and appear before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial forums. It works across diverse practice areas and offers a broad range of legal services to its clients, with a dedicated Disputes Resolution practice handling litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

As a Litigation Associate in the Disputes Resolution team, you will handle the full lifecycle of contentious matters. Your work will include:

• Drafting pleadings, petitions, appeals, applications, legal notices, legal opinions, affidavits, and written submissions
• Independently handling civil and commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and mediation matters
• Conducting legal research and advising clients on dispute resolution strategies
• Appearing before and managing matters across Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and court officials

This position is suited to litigation lawyers who meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships

The role is based at the firm's New Delhi office. It is an in-office position.
