Litigation Internship at M.C. Kochhar & Associates, Delhi (Jul–Sep; Offline)

M.C. Kochhar & Associates, a litigation-focused chamber based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, is inviting applications for an in-person internship running across July, August, and September 2026. If you are in the final stretch of your law degree and want courtroom-side exposure, this is a chance to work hands-on with an active litigation practice.

This is an offline internship, so you will need to be present at the firm's Delhi office.

M.C. Kochhar & Associates handles civil, criminal, and commercial litigation along with arbitration matters. As an intern you would be embedded in real, active cases rather than observing from the sidelines.

You can expect hands-on involvement in live matters, including:

• Legal research across civil, criminal, and commercial litigation as well as arbitration
• Drafting of pleadings, applications, and related documents
• Court-related tasks and assisting with active cases

The chamber is looking for final-year law students:

• 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course, or
• 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course

Duration: July to September 2026.

Mode: Offline, at the firm's office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Stipend: The firm has not stated a stipend for this internship.
