Manager - Academic Administration at NLSIU, Bengaluru (1 Vacancy, Permanent, Pay Level 8/9/10/11 as per VIIth CPC)

The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru invites applications for the post of Manager - Academic Administration. One vacancy is available.

The appointment is on a permanent basis till the age of superannuation, that is 60 years, subject to confirmation after the satisfactory completion of two years' probation.

Pay is at Level 8, 9, 10 or 11 as per the VIIth Central Pay Commission, fixed according to the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks
• 50% aggregate marks for candidates with benchmark disabilities

• Master's degree or post-graduate diploma with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for candidates with benchmark disabilities)
• Prior experience in academic administration or operations roles
• Experience with ERP and LMS platforms

• 7 to 10 years of experience in complex operation process roles
• Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
• Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, Gmail, Google Documents and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes

• Managing end-to-end academic processes and course delivery
• Academic planning, timetable management and examination workflows
• Admissions processing and student onboarding
• Attendance management and MIS reporting
• Coordinating NAAC and NIRF compliance
