As a Manager in the Data Privacy Team, you will:

• Establish data protection policies aligned with privacy legislation.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential data privacy vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and oversee compliance with data protection legislation.
• Guide clients through data protection impact assessments and privacy governance.
• Design privacy and security frameworks with appropriate controls.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of data protection laws, particularly India's Personal Data Protection framework.
• CIPT, CIPM, CIPP/E or other related certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai. Deloitte has not published a salary figure for this role; compensation will be discussed during the firm's recruitment process.
